SHIPPING AND TRACKING
Check the status of your order. The service order number is a XX-digit number on your service order receipt.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page under the Shipping & Returns tab. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL,Airlines service or by sea.
Note: Regardless of the carrier, your parcel may be opened at customs for inspection. Thank you for your understanding.
The delivery fee varies depending on the destination country and weight of the order, which includes wrapping and packaging.
Following checkout completion, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing the final price, which includes shipping fees. Please respond to this email and accept the total charge to have your order shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Tax
Applicable customs and import duties will be charged after the parcel arrives its country of destination. These charges must be paid separately by the customer. On the other hand, we can help clients with little or no shipping and custom experience transport and deliver their products to their warehouse or office location.
Shipping Time and Tracking
An order takes four to ten business days for express services by air and thirty to forty business days for regular services by sea after it is shipped. Other factors such as weekends, national holidays, customs clearance, delayed payments, and shipping fee confirmation may extend shipping time. Please request the order tracking number from our office in the event it is not provided automatically.
Once the order has been shipped, the shop will send you an email containing the order tracking number. If you have not received the tracking number for your order, we suggest you contact our office immediately.
